We hire a T5 for camping, cannot justify the cost of owning one for now...

Is it a work in progress or just being stored

Merc Vito sport crew van, normally change it every 3 years and make a profit on it for the business

Was going to keep the last one for another year but it had the same fault twice in 6 Weeks and was out of warranty So I binned it and got a new shiny one a month ago

Well, I put it in the garage at lunchtime on Sunday and, after another couple of jobs around the house were out of the way, by 4 o'clock the drive shafts and propshaft were out. It'll be Friday before they go to the reconditioners, though

I have a couple of cars . One practical and cheap to run and one scarily fast and thirsty but I still hanker after building a camper van . Keep returning to the idea when the sun shines.

Its a good way, I trash cars so look for old cheap ones to use until they are scrap worthy.

A td5 90. Had it about 6 years and will probably keep for a good long while yet, all parts and chassis and body panels are replaceable so just keep maintaining it.

Also have a Toyota AE86 race car sat outside needing body restoration, hasn’t turned a wheel in about 17 years now, but used to get a lot of use at circuits around the country.
