We want to know what you do to spice up your Monday?

Tonight when Mr B comes to pick me up from work, I'll be handing over my thong.. in for a good unwind after that car ride home

I will be doing 1hr cardio on the excersice bike and watching coach gregg on utube, quicker than the last time

Walking down the only road I've ever known!

I've been for my morning countryside walk and to see the cygnets in the pond and I'll be off shopping soon.
