The Town by The Cross

What's to lose ?

His advice is nutritionally sound but his sell has the same underlying principle as any other book sale.

I like him and his new slant but at the end of the day losing weight is in the mindset of the person wanting to lose weight.

I like James Smith he's a breath of fresh air, not afraid to say what he thinks and call out others who speak bullshit.

As above he gives good advice but it's also the same as most other books on the same subject.

He has plenty of info on his JSA website and youtube, facebook etc, worth a watch if your interested.

I can’t bear to watch his videos. He comes across as a bit of a cock.
