My lemon drizzle is very popular so I’m going to have to try lime i bet that’s lovely x

Was really nice. Pick the top leaves of the nettles and boil for 5 minutes. Cool then down and blitz them to a pulp. If you need to add some liquid use the lemon juice.

Then make a lemon cake as normal and add in the nettles last minute
