"I've got various self care techniques. Skincare and makeup, reading, singing. It will be exercise when I'm feeling better. I recently found a DIY facial massage tutorial when I was feeling particularly tense. Meditation is always an important go to, progressive muscle relaxation. Getting a sense of perspective. Talking to friends, either sharing problems or laughing over nothing. Sometimes they remind you of bits and pieces to help you cope. Achieving things, learning things.
