Wifes poly partner has forgotten her birthday, she is in a bad mood and taken it out on me. She is also brooding because poly partner has a friend staying over. Swing partner does not want to meet me socially while wifey is in such horrid mood in case there are comebacks ( they know each other and are best friends) now fuck buddy is using me as a shoulder to cry on because she is only approached by married men although she insists she has no time for a relationship.

I am stuck in the middle of all this crap and none of it is my fault

Often described as what people too ugly to swing do.
