Mmmm cake would be my choice too! I’ve still got some triple chocolate muffins left that I made at the weekend.

Although I do quite like them scrambled, on buttered granary toast with some smoked salmon.

Love eggs. Four eggs either poached or soft boiled with thick wholemeal or granary toast, bit of fresh parsley, sea salt, ground black pepper, and maybe some smoked mackerel or salmon, fresh coffee, freshly squeezed grapefruit, breakfast heaven.

Cracked into an avocado half and baked in the oven, then placed on buttered seeded toast with crispy bacon and roasted vine tomatoes, that have been drizzled with balsalmic vinegar.

Or if quick, scrambled with butter x
