Well that’s 2 in 2 days for me ! And am feeling great. The thing is I don’t really like running but need to do something x

Proper warm up is the key. Plenty of stretching and a good five minute brisk walk before I get stuck in properly.

Also a good stretch afterwards and maybe a banana to replenish the energy.

Same applies to running as well.
