Private notes

A question for everyone cause am curious, do people actually use the private notes on other peoples profiles? And what do you usually put in them?

I usually put what exchange of messages I've had with them or say if I was ignored with the date.

Aide memoire for names, marital status, interests, etc.

Also, to note if they've been a total prick and are to be avoided

I usually use it for names but more often for reasons why I've blocked a person or whether we've chatted and just haven't had an attraction.

I use it if they have a difference of opinion to me on something that is very close to my heart, if they're active barebackers etc. Some have safe sex on their profiles but then comment on bareback threads with stuff that differs wildly. You see, there are many folks who put one thing on their profile as they believe it will give them a larger pool of potential meets, but trip themselves up on threads.

I do with every message I reply to, usually what their original message was & my reply, helps me decided if to reply again.

If I'm chatting to someone I use the notes for names, stuff we've chatted about, etc. I have a terrible memory so it's a great reminder, plus I like chatting knowing something about them, especially their name.

I use the feature liberally as I don't block.

Reasons are varied. I might pop in their name, whether I'm interested to pursue at a later time, snippets from interaction that could be a red flag, why we interacted for example FPF. Often it's a simple 'No'.

Sometimes I have a little rant in there which usually causes me to giggle when I happen upon it again.

I use it very occasionally, for things like names, or as PP said for vastly differing opinions, hypocrisy or fakeness in the forums. Partly because I have a very good memory, mainly because I don't chat to many people - it usually takes me less than 30 seconds to find something on a profile that puts me off (the avatar a lot of the time if I'm honest)

Am the opposite in memory, am not that great so I have to use the notes all the time. Otherwise am messaging the same folks who ignored me before aha

I use it all the time, helps me to sort out people into categories, friends, playmates, definite No, etc etc

Been especially helpful in the virus threads as some people's mood swings are like weather vanes

I (Luke) use it every now and again. If I've blocked somebody I might want to remember why, or if somebody says on the forum that they are into something unusual that I like (such as CFNM) then I might make a note.

So be aware, ladies, if you said you're into CFNM, I got it down!

Yes because it soon gets easy to lose track especially for blocked profiles so we know why they should remain so.

I use them a bit. Record real names, contact numbers, external site usernames, that sort of thing. Stuff that has been non-publically shared with me basically, so I don't forget it.
