Also, particularly wrt the forum, just being myself and saying what's on my mind and not worrying if ppl might disagree or how they might judge or react and having the confidence to own myself. Some things are better when you get them out and discuss them and think around them....

It's also helped me realise sex is supposed to be enjoyable and it's ok to like it and enjoy it. Still a lot to try and explore
