"All through lockdown I've been exchanging little gifts with one of my friends. I sent him a cheese hamper, he sent me a pack of cocktails. I sent him some books, he sent me a load of chocolate. Yesterday I got home to find he'd sent me two ripe mangoes. I'm just eating one and it's beautiful. Now I need to decide what to send back this week." Gosh I need friends like that! They could have just said times are tight thanks for your efforts but they went a bit further which will work in both our interests I guess.... "That was lovely of them. " It must be lovely to have him at home again. Lockdown has been rough but one positive is a lot of people getting more quality time with either those they live with or those close by which is nice.
