So what hobbies do you have other than cruising the forums?

I've recently got into green wood carving and really enjoying the focus and concentration needed, there is also a back to nature feel about it.

Any I can get my hand on, bought some blanks from spoon club, but also managed to get my hands on some thin sycamore branches, cut this week, big enough for tea spoons, but lovely and soft to cut.

Nothing wrong with having lots of hobbies, keeps things fresh and interesting. New skills are always fun to learn.

Just virtually for now. I like browsing rightmove and other property pages, picking a house and redesigning the interior floor plan. Keeps me out of mischief right now

I think you should look into herroditus and arrian (ancient Greek audiobooks on youtube)

Greeks documented Roman and Egyptian history.

This is my favourite contempory audiobook on the history of rome

https://youtu.be/ItwGz43a_ak

But "kings and generals" and "historia civilis" are good also.

Nothing to write home about, found a little picker in Australia, about 1.2g, a tiny piece in Scotland along with dust. Nothing near me yet, apart from good indicators. Only been out once this year due to covid and crappy weather where I am.
