What do Sundays mean to you ?

Jump to newest

By (user no longer on site) OP

Do you see it as a day of rest? A day to catch up on jobs in the house ? A day to go out and about? Catch up with family? Cooking a Sunday roast? Maybe a long naughty lay in bed? Or during these weird times is Sunday just the same as any other day? Dave is working this morning so it’s just me and the dog on the sofa , chatting to some gorgeous Fab friends and watching crap TV ! Whatever you’re doing I hope you enjoy your day

Normally a day for relaxing, pottering about, and us all sit down on evening for dinner, not necessarily a roast.

I work nightshift every 2nd weekend so i tend to make my Sundays off a lazy day. Just potter around the house and walk my dog before an early bath and a glass of wine.

Depends what the rest of the week has been like. As this one has been busy then today will be a lazy day with some naughtiness when we can. Plenty of time on here too I suspect and talking to some sexy people.

Not today, driving back to Suffolk from Berkshire. Bacon rolls and tea have done the job and I’m feeling tip top! A night in the pub was long overdue

An occasional lay in (when my bambino’s are away) and a lazy relax day. Plus Antiques Roadshow and Countryfile are on Sundays, so something cosy and familiar to close the weekend with.
