I liked the sweetness, I used to have one half way in a session, a needed break from multiple Guinnesses. A few in a row yes, definitely too sweet. I never tried the pear, definitely have to give it a go.

For me depends. Mainly red wine. But if very hot weather can be beer ( cold) ,white wine or rose wine. If female friend visits . Dark rum ( captains) or Hennessy with mixer .

Preston Ish

I'm a carlsberg drinker in the main.

I do enjoy a few craft ales and stouts on the odd occasion, oh and I can't say no to a Canarian Ron Miel if ever I get the chance

I like a nice fruity rosé, not keen on white or red.

Gin and diet cola is also a tipple, penis colada and then bier moretti if I am in a beer mood x

Rum or cider on a night out

Mead if I've got a decent one when at home.

Since our cheese and beer pairing I've been trying ales etc but most taste a bit too floral for me
