Okay, work as a GP Practice Manager, been the shittest day ever, moaning patients, massive surge in demand, moaning doctors due to demand, I am so very pissed off, being told about the expansion of the flu programme via the BBC,wtaf, we are marginalised as private contractors...need a shag!!!

I can understand your pain - I was supposed to finish at 12:30 with no visit-

Ended up 2:45 - 2 visits, full list - plus f/us and doing admin from home - I’m not even CCT’d yet
