1. what would you do if they truned up to you in the work stuff and full of oil?

That would be the biggest deal breaker of all for me.

Only had number 3 happen though fortunately.

I find it amazing how many people see this as a deal broker (deliberate). If you met someone in person and they were very eloquent and articulate, but yiu later found out their spelling was an issue would you kick them to touch?
