From what I read I thought it was more that the law would be changed for the future rather than acting retrospectively for the family which is a bit of a shame but hopefully the loophole will be closed should something like this ever tragically happen again

"lets hope it happens soon."

I think there is virtually no chance of it. America won't deport her. It's done. She hot away with it, sadly.

What a horrible character she must be in real life this case has proved that.

unfortunately, as the law applied at the time, she had diplomatic immunity.

although they have changed it so that it will not apply in the future. which is a small victory for his family.

She's probably going through the worst time of her life now, it was an accident when all said and done, I think just an admission and apology to his parents might have felt right from the start, shame it's dragged into this to be honest

Sorry state to be in that we allow man slaughter and allow the perpetrator to flee under the advice of our own government officals. Our "closest" friend on the international stage won't let due process happen proof as clear as day that justice is political. I've been following this for a while because I've been hit a few times by drivers just not paying attention and I have noted that the latest by the BBC mentioned that Harry hit the car..... Not the other way around.
