I got to work at 6.45 and then realised my shift starts at 8 not 7 ffs , that will teach me for not checking my rota ! Hope you all have a better start to the day

Oh no!

You could have had an extra hour in bed!

Years ago the clocks were going back so I put my phone back an hour without realising it did it automatically

I arrived at work 2 hours early!

Now that is ridiculous

Oh no!

You could have had an extra hour in bed!

Years ago the clocks were going back so I put my phone back an hour without realising it did it automatically

When I was at college I used to work at an estate agents at the weekend, including Sundays (usually hungover, but I was a student). This was back in the days when you had to adjust all your clocks manually, and every single time the clocks changed I would be either an hour early or an hour late

I used to work a similar pattern and did just that...in fact both me and my shift partner did the same thing, same day, totally coincidentally

Sodding hate it when that happens.

I swear our place changes the rota last minute at times, at other times it's me checking the rota without my glasses on I even got stressy at one point cos I don't do late. Got a call just after 4 asking where I was... I'm all "getting ready for work coz I'm in at 6"
