Awful isn't it, I've been restless since around 4.30 and awake since 5. It is going to be a long day

A gentleman never tells

Been on furlough since April and my sleeping pattern is all over the place, awake until 4am sometimes or up at 5am, no consistency whatsoever

I’ve got that also. Arrived at 7:17, shouting and unloading, I went round to ask them to be quiet until at least eight, it’s not worked. Bastards! Anyway, I was of course wide awake after that.
