And not in a good way

Spent last few days painting, up and down a ladder, reaching and bending I feel about 90!

I used to do this with ease

Really feeling my age today

Anyone else feel the same? Or do you have any top tips to stop me feeling like i have been run over

Jo xx

Glasgowish

I am lucky as have an active job so never get aches and pains as always on the move. Soak yourself in a bath with radox.

Yes, majority of lockdown I was locked to my desk

So I guess its inevitable

Foam roller a good call too

Would prefer some firm hands bringing my body back to life tho!

We moved my daughter in to her new flat on the weekend and I had lack of sleep all weekend for a few reasons. By Sunday evening I felt ancient!

40 grit is harsher than 80 grit, for finer finish go with the higher numbers, 120 at least, and for the proper buff finish go with a bit of wet n smooth.

Had a few days like that myself recently. A glass of wine and half an hour in the hot tub seems to do the trick!

I think so, the first shift I worked back on the bar was horrendous after 2 hours I felt like I'd done 10
