I get this too, it's because your gojng through sub folders to get the pic

Select the pic

Try upload, it will give message

Now immediately try again, and the sub folder you just had open will open up now as first folder you see, now it will work

If thats not clear let me know

If it's a mobile you may have filled the storage up with photos. Would need to delete some to free up space

Try changing 'Don't keep activities' in the Developers Options. Google how to for your make and model of device.

I don't use 99% of the apps on my phone, I use ma p.c. to do most internetty type stuff, but I still get the "Upgrades are available" message. I only bought the phone cos its got a good camera on it
