"My glutes need some work, apparently I don’t squat unless I’m in a gym being told to by a PT?! " I think seeing ladies with their impressive lower bodies in the gym actually motivates me to do some lower body work. Also barbell squats and deadlifts promote human growth hormone apparently which is another reason I incorporate them. Doing a hundred body weight squats and lunges at home sucks.

How desirable is it for you, or your partner in crime to have a huge juicy arse? " Why did you stop? 25 rep single leg glute bridges, single leg trx squat Glutes love volume and mind muscle focus No gym should have little impact on glute training Walking sprinting all good with correct techniques

It's a bit more complicated than that. We aren't really designed to sit at all. Apes mostly squat. We sit down though. Also many people work in jobs where they don't have much choice other than to sit for most of the day.

Walking doesn't provide a huge amount of stimulation to the glutes. For those with posture issues other exercises that provide greater muscle activation are far more beneficial.
