Flew to another part of the country for work, did what I had to do, go to check in at the airport a few hours ago - ticket won't scan!

I've only booked for tomorrow not today! Had to pay 70 to transfer, but no room until the last flight which is 10pm. Wont' be home till midnight after an already long day

What a wally!

have done that ourselves.

took em to the airport to go home, stood looking at the board for the flight and couldnt see it.

was for the next day.

had to cancel a days work and everything to make sure i could get her back the next day.

still, worth another night together lol

This was my first thought! I was SO embarrassed going to the desk to explain.

No matter, got my phone to give me net access through my laptop until I can go through security so you guys will have to entertain me for the next few hours

I know the feeling - was going to Amsterdam last September (visiting an exhibition) turned up on the Friday morning - found my ticket was for the Thursday! because it was so busy - had to pay £110 for new ticket - and wait 8 hours in Gatwick

my mate once booked flight tickets online but didn't realise she had to print of confirmation and just turned up at the airport expecting them to let her on a plane, at least you had a ticket even if for the wrong day
