I took it for a month to help with weight loss. It didn't work and I threw a few boxes away as waste of my money. So, not sure it actually does anything?

Its meant to be good for lots of things

But I'm old and sceptical

Triple cooked chips...

Slice three potatoes skin on.

Put in a saucepan with water and salt

Bring to boil

Empty and toss in oil

Microwave for 3 to 4 mins

Place baking paper in an oven dish

Add a sprinkle of oil and cider vinegar

Touch of sea salt.

Cook in oven medium to for 30-40 mins

They are amazing!!

I wanted it to be good but I just couldnt keep trying to swallow it. Have given it to horses to help with various things but they never say either way if it does!

Its supposed to help 'process' or get rid of food quicker.

It's not a miracle cure but used regularly it's very healthy, must be natural preferably home made. It is very easy to make.

Amazing stuff. All fermented foods are. I have it daily. Lots of other uses...hair, skin, cooking. But I take it mainly because of the dietary benefits of the fermentation
