That wobbly Japanese cheesecake. I've had a bash at making it but because I've never tried a proper one I don't know what I'm aiming for, if that makes sense.

Deep fried cheese curds. I saw them advertised all over Wisconsin but never managed to try them when I was there.

My god. You missed out on THE BEST food in North America.

I'd like to try a pickled egg. Not because I think I'd like it--it's just one of those things that can't be ignored forever.

I suspected so, but I was only there a couple of days. Next time I'll have to make more of an effort!

I like a pickled egg, but pickled in brown vinegar not white.

Love crab, better than lobster for me, haven't tried wagu beef or durian, I smelled durian but so has anyone who's walked past an open sewer

I love Korean food and usually have a jar of kimchi knocking around. I like it with a bit of heat to it.

Traditional eggs benedict is good but with lobster it’s heavenly.

Good point, it is actually. There’s very little haven’t tried that wouldn’t - if it lives under stones then not really interested but otherwise it’s pretty much all good!
