Have you taken a moment of your day to think about all the Peenus and Vageenas that haven't had any action since March 2020?

Please take a moment and leave your thoughts and prayers.

I am seeing a special lady next Tuesday in Newcastle and if the people in the other rooms don’t think it’s Clap For Carers In my room then I’m doing it wrong.

My thoughts and heart are with all those who have gone without. It's almost no laughing matter!! We are hard wired to touch, be touched.. Its how we regulate ourselves, soothe and affirm. I am lucky yo have formed a bubble. But even march until June was so challenging. I began to feel depressed and lost. It shocked me!

At least almost everyone has contact of some kind now. It's not good for our mental and emotional well being to go without contact and touch for so long xxxxxx
