Quick and dirty ramen can made instant noodles, boiled egg, cooked meat/chicken, siracha, soy sauce and a little seasame oil if you have it. | |||

"Pasta, tinned tomatoes, tinned beans (any will work but I normally have black beans, cannelini beans, butter beans, kidneys beans and sweetcorn), tins of tuna, couscous, loads of dried herbs and spices, eggs. I can pull together any number of different meals using that as a base." I need to be a bit more adventurous and I love beans. It just struck me that I don't cook with them much. | |||
