I've lost about 2 stone working all the hours in the day... That makes eating 3 bacon double cheeseburgers ok in my book

Instead of running on the treadmill I run on the road. Bought a Cross trainer before lockdown and already had kettle bells and a trampoline. Not sure im bothered about going back to the gym now. kept it up for 4 months and feel fab..

I have spent lockdown cycling and running. I now have a wardrobe full of clothes that no longer fit
