Attacking your fears

I remember more than a decade ago watching Will Smith speak about attacking one's fears. So I picked my fear of heights and have been attacking it steadily with hikes (I've hiked to the highest peak in my country) zip lining. Want to do sky diving, those fancy swings and bungee jumping next.

What fears do you have that you're willing to attack?

St Austell-ish

Bungee jumps? Is that really attacking your fear, or being attacked by it!!!! Hope you get there.

I am not sure mine is a fear, more a phobia--dentists. Just going into an office makes me panic. It's time, though. (Yes, I still have teeth! and do want to keep them, so this is something I definitely need to keep working on).

I'm really adverse to the idea of anything being pushed up my posterior.

In order to ATTACK my fear I've decided to attack someone's back door shouting attack attack as I smash it in. Genuine enquiries only please. Please respect my age range.

Snakes, I'm petrified of them despite having 6 of them as pets

Rotherham

Not sure I was willing to attack one of my fears

Just had a hospital stay over 2 days and had to get up close and personal with way too many needles for my liking

I so dislike needles. Though i have just had 4 stents fitted inside my heart and I must admit it was fine. The NHS is wonderful

I have quite severe emetophobia but I’m not willing to address it .... so it will have to remain.

Fear of heights and parachute jumps. Funnily didn’t help at all but was good fun
