Tezzers truck nuts

Ok so I need a bit of help maybe someone will be able to point me in the right direction I have been styling my van tezzer

He has had his wheels powder coated silver and sparkles glowe in the dark iv got it into my head that he needs a truck nuts upgrade as send in my profile pitcher currently they are silver over off white plastic and batterd from curbs and speed bumps I want them made biggi and out of brass but for this to happen I will need a 5 axis CNC machine does anybody know anybody with one of those in the North West who charges reasonable prices
