Ladies do you like the shredded look ?

I’m thinking about getting down the gym and getting shredded, but I’ve heard from quite a few ladies they don’t like men too shredded, they like a bit of soft under belly, someone who is in good shape, but hasn’t been to the gym for a few month’s kind of look, is this the case ? There’s no point me going to the gym putting all that work in and I’m too shredded for the ladies, Or maybe you like it and I will have to get my gains on down at the gym and have to start eating tofu and broccoli, instead of biscuits and crisps, even though I’m in great shape for someone who eats biscuits and crisps, just naturally athletic I guess ?!

Gym fit can be intimidating for some women to want to get naked with.

The stamina of the gym fit is the best part for me

Body wise I like variety. It's the personality that holds my attention

I already have the stamina, I did nearly 4 push ups this morning, personality wise I’m slightly annoying, but I’m trying to work on being a better person.

I'm "shredded" by enjoying sports. I don't do it to get attention, I do it because I love doing sports and it keeps me healthy. I'm not the muscle man, more the athletic endurance man.

Plus it has benefits - I probably have an average cock, nothing Danny D'esque about it. But by not having the gut, I can make every inch count.

I enjoy gym fit guys... It doesn't mean I expect people to get down the gym to meet the criteria. Your body is your business.

I'm sure not every guy likes my figure, I won't change it to suit their tastes. Neither should you.

I like many types of bodies personally.

No point trying to please everyone. If you do change your body, for every person who gains interest over it there will be another who is put off. Best to just aim for what you like best.

I said wrong. I meant the hunger levels increases but you have to eat alot less so you will feel more hungry and no you cant eat that just at a very small amount if it.

OP Its your body and you do what you want to do with it. My husband has been shredded and hes been fairly big (muscle wise) personally i love him in his in between stages where he just has the hint of the 6 pack and the big big arms and thighs. yum.

If you’re just talking body, then there’s different types of ripped to bear in mind too...lean swimmer, broad rugby etc...not sure you can change that with crisps alone!
