"I am currently doing the 25 press-ups for 25 days challenge, to raise awareness for mental heath and PTSD.. On day 11 today Feel free to put videos up, so we can support you " I have to post a video everyday: have done normal press-ups, touch press-ups, clap press-up... Running out of press-ups, think I will finish with no top on handstand press-up. Just for the cause of course

"Having suffered myself from a wide range of mental health issues, it’s great to see so many more people having open conversations and learning more. And I think people on here need to remember that there are people behind the accounts so just be kind no matter what " This expression is becoming a trope that seems to be used to suggest that some behaviour shouldn't be questioned or challenged for fear of that being seen as being unkind

For me it encourages people, including me, to empathise and be less judgemental. I feel this can only be a good thing. I'm always here if anyone needs to vent

There obviously has to be some level of acceptance that offence is subjective and isn’t always intended.
