Social distancing in pubs

I've been to several pubs around the country since they were allowed to re-open and find that social distancing is very much open to interpretation. Some have a sign in and then taken to table and drink order placed there and the drink is brought to your table. In others it's no sign in and go to bar for drink then go sit down to drink. Others just walk in, get your drink and do what you like. In all cases once in the lub and complied with premises rules, it's pretty much as it was pre lockdown. Anyone else find similar?

We had our first "pub" drink Saturday afternoon whilst out on the bike.

Pub was very organised, with a one way entry /exit system, and for those wanting to sit inside/weather conditions.

Hand sanatiser outside, in a very large beer garden with picnic benches at 2 metre social distancing.

There was also a catering van within the grounds offering bottle beer, soft drinks and food.

Would definitely go back

Yesterday... Out on the bike again, popped into a favourite haunt...

You had to book, so we just phoned on arrival. Mobile toilets in the car park, very clean!

Hand sanitiser which you were asked to use on entry and exit.

You were taken to a table outside, which were all at social distancing...

Completed a "track and trace card"

Table service and payment.

Very organised and a relaxed enjoyable experience
