Fab - walking/hiking group

As lockdown is easing, and much of the population is in need of exercise, i was thinking many of us enjoy walking etc.

Would anyone be interested in forming a walking/hiking group (safely of course)? Depending on numbers groups can form nationally.

It could be a good way to make new friends, get out and get fitter both physically and mentally.

Thoughts?

Epsom

Possibly,

I’d love to do the Wainwright’s and coast to coast walks... have mentioned to my “normal” friends to be asked why, what’s that etc.

Also I need new friends

Wainwright's Coast to Coast is fantastic. Did it with my dad about 15 years ago.

Catbells is a good one. Also they're are walking groups that you can join. Get new friends there. In fact many of them, and they are nice people

On a different site to do with Fetish meets, they had a walking group. The one time I could actually meet with them it got called off due to the weather.

But it does work if you get some really genuine people interested

I’d certainly be interested

Looking forward to gyms reopening, need to get out walking more and getting fitness levels up.

More friends are always good.

Eastleigh

Every evening in the local woods, the circular gravel path is a couple of miles. At the moment the walking group is a group of 1, me. But I suspect others would like to come along and have a socially distanced chat along the way.
