Where you know you're in a horrible, bad and bitchy mood and try your very best to contain it.

I think it's because the world is sunny and it's grim up north! Just woke up on the wrong side of the bed.

How do you handle your bad moods?

I've dragged my arse out of bed and I'm having a dance in the kitchen. I'm also making sure I take a second before replying to any texts so I don't accidently arsey reply...

How do you cheer yourself up?

the abyss

Walk my fur monster, listen to some cheesy music to get me dancing, all the chocolate.

If all else fails, try some self love - and orgasm will get the happy hormones pumping

That's how I know my mood is bad, the thought if orgasms doesn't even appeal.

And weather puts me in a grumpy tits mood too.

I listen to a podcast or chat with friends to try and cheer myself up.

Yeah, I'm just like fuck no. If anyone suggested trying to give me one to cheer me up I'd not be happy either. I can't decide if I want to sleep, cry or get d*unk.

I think about a time or memory that made me happy, do something that I enjoy or just let the negative thought or emotion wash away.

I love the saying by Deepak Chopra:

Be happy for no reason like a child, for if you have a reason you are in trouble because that reason can be taken from you.

Yeah, I agree with that. Never pin your happiness on another person. I wouldn't say I'm unhappy today. Just really fucking grumpy. Xx

Well do something you enjoy or want to do. Have some “you time”

And get yourself out of the funk
