That actually sounds nice. Vineger is nice on surprising things. My partner puts red wine vinegar in gravy and its delicious!

You should try Polish cucumbers called ogorki kiszone. If you like sauerkraut that might work too! There is also lovely soup made with them

God no, I'm that weirdo asking for extra gherkins on my subway
