Latest was a sticky bbq beef short rib with Jack Daniels in the sauce ,absolutely fantastic it was " I can see that working really well, because the salt will preserve and mature the meat at the same time, so you'll have plenty of flavour and moisture. As for your mastiff, I love big dogs, hopefully he will like me as well haha | |||
