Manchester (she/her)

We're all attractive, lovely, worthwhile in our own ways.

It's not about other people. They've got their own strengths. It's about you.

What's good about you? How do you improve your confidence? Short or long term?

I have lost weight and I feel fantastic. I lost my confidence for a while through one reason and another. I’m back and happier than ever!

Acceptance.

We're all beautifully unique!

One body, love it, look after it!

Also, being with someone who supports you

When I feel like a good mum. And when I get off my arse and do some exercise, as I’ve been really struggling with the gyms being closed! I *will* go for a run tomorrow .....

I show others that I'm strong can do it on my own. Know matter how much they put me down I get back up.

I'm proud of who I am. I have striking eyes and thick hair. I'm physically strong and psychologically resilient.

I like myself, I am authentic and I show kindness to people. I don't look for any form of validation to that, because I know I am

La la land

I'm good at being me

My body etc may change and yeah it pisses me off. But I'm working on my self worth isn't based on my looks. Ultimately I reckon I'm an alright human being and I guess that's the most important thing

o o OO o o

I had a self awakening when my step-dad passed away when I was 37. It really was a “stop being a fanny and wake up and smell the roses” moment.

I am not perfect, but I’m a good person and those who love me know that and that’s all that matters.
