So I have a pain in my chest like !y hearts being squeezed and its coming and going! Pains in my back and neck and my throats really swollen up and hurts! Really short on breath! I need to call someone but don't like making a fuss

Aye I’d maybe call NHS24 for a check on that. Could be like gallstones or something too. I get this pain when I take cocodamol, took me ages to realise the trigger.

999, describe symptoms in full. DO NOT try and man it out, could be stages of early cardiac arrhythmia which can lead to much more serious issue, or even possibly angina.
