Possibly not...

Most of this rain has been sucked up by the plants and trees...

Little of it has drained into the water table or rivers and dams...

Even the severe flooding will probably run off and evaporate...

Just remeber to wear knickers when there's a draught - although can be a neat party trick whistling away whilst walking down the street!
