Shave smooth the whole area covered by my boxer shorts in warmer weather & trim to approximately 5mm with clippers in cold weather.

Mainly for comfort due to the heavy weight ppe trousers I have to wear.

But I do love feeling smooth & will go smooth occasionally in winter or if a person I'm meeting (when we are allowed to again. Hope it's soon) requests it.

I always trim and shave my balls - mainly done for comfort especially in hot weather but also for aesthetics.

For those married or living with a partner surely the answer is to talk then into shaving too and make it part of your sex fun. Then you benefit when playing home and away.

Personally on me I prefer shaved

How a partner keeps their hair is entirely up to them and is no less hygienic than they are themselves generally - the odd stray hair has never caused me more than a momentary issue that is discreetly dealt with either

I either whip it all off or do a bit of topiary. I tend to go for whip it all off if I’m going to be doing nude sunbathing as my body hair gets in the way of tanning, but during the winter I tend to opt for a mix of shaved balls with trimmed topiary on my pubic area. Ultimately it is determined by how I feel and what I’m up to.
