Had to miss out the one as it’s a banned word. I’m not here for the silly negative comments. I’m interested In real reviews from people who have actually had It done and for what reason they did .

Did it work? How many sessions did you have?

Cheers

My brother had a course of six sessions to give up smoking. He’s tried everything else including patches. He hasn’t touched a cigarette since.

Yeah I know 2 mates that have done the same. I’ve seen people out under and do some very very strange things. In all honesty it scares the crap out of me haha

Haven't been to an actual therapist for it but have tried a couple of those "gastric band hypntherapy" mp3s that are meant to make you feel full really quickly. Quite obviously none of them have ever worked lol

I have tried a few sessions of hypntherapy to aid my concentration and ability to learn. I found that they made absolutely no difference to me whatsoever. I went into them really hoping they would be effective but I was completely underwhelmed by the results. Luke

I haven't, but I've heard that for those it helps, it can be a similar benefit to mindfulness meditation, which has done wonders for me.

It can definitely be helpful, it's an aid to your willpower.

Think I had three or four sessions, to help with anxiety-related insomnia. It really helped. I also know someone who had one session to quite smoking, and did.
