I saw this one the other day- ‘Discipline is a form of self love’. Think it might be a good one to live by, the meaning I took from it is do things for now to look after your future self.

Inevitably it will. I've had to let people down because being with them didn't make me happy. Or quit my job which made lots of people unhappy.

As long as you're not deliberately harming others I don't think you're responsible for anyones happiness but you're one

Inevitably it will. I've had to let people down because being with them didn't make me happy. Or quit my job which made lots of people unhappy.

I have to say ‘everything happens for a reason’ annoys me, bad things happen to good people and vice versa."

It's a mantra I use for myself really. I can't be so down on myself all the time and so I try to give things a positive spin.
