No, not a BDSM thread.

I have a sore heel, I get it every once in a while.

Any tips to make it not hurt?

When did this start?

I pulled my Achilles a few years ago and every now and again I put too much extension on it and it stretches causing a few days of pain then goes back to normal. So could be you’ve had something that’s caused an injury and it just gets aggravated now and again

Really not sure. I don't think I had any injuries. It does generally last a couple of days then go.

I have a sore achilles/heel for about a month now..from running.

Rest. Thats all you can do unfort. I did run after a week or so. It was sore so left it. Tried again following week, was ok. If it gets back, go to see a physio.

Sometimes they are had to notice. Where is the pain originating? Is it on the actual heel? Just underneath or maybe just higher up your ankle?

I had plantar fasciitus I think it's called. Look it up and see if it sounds familiar. If it is that I don't envy you, it's fucking brutal

Are your regular shoes soles worn down, or the in-sole?

Feels like you're being stabbed with a red hot screwdriver when you put pressure on?

Get a tin of beans or whatever or a tennis ball and roll it under your foot/feet. It should help stretch and relax the muscles. I had to wear a heeled shoe for work for a while too to get the weight off my heels and onto the balls of my feet.

Lay off the high heels for a while

Sounds like a bit of tendonitis.

Invest in some good insoles to support the arch of your foot

They aren't cheap, but worth every penny.

I get plantar fasciitis in mine which can be painful, rolling a frozen bottle of water under your arches a couple of times a day helps and there are good insoles for it too
