Music is my escape. Finding words. Learning how to let go of words. What is yours? I am still in a nostalgic theme seems.

Cycling. Just off out now, packed lunch & coffee flask. Along the sea wall to find a sheltered and isolated spot. Sadly a bit too windy for a swim or paddle.

Music was my first love

And it will be my last

Music of the future

And music of the past

To live without my music

Would be impossible to do

In this world of troubles

My music pulls me through

For pure escapism it is incredible how good virtual reality is getting now.

I got an Oculus Quest for the kids and it blows my mind how good it is, literally feels like you’re somewhere else

Teesside

The coast and tunes. Don't have to be both at once but all the better if they can be.

Watching the waves for hours while picking what suits my mood. Oh yes!

There and to the left a bit

Music is definitely one - can generate so many emotions dependent on mood and circumstances...can lift me when I'm down, fire me when I need motivation, provide company when I'm lonely and so much more.

Long walks are another, losing yourself in thought and nature are great ways to relax and sort your mind out.

Meets with the right person from here are excellent escapes too, where you step into that pod and leave life at the door, just comfortable and relaxed in each others company and going with the flow, laughing, teasing, putting the world to rights and more. 100% *with* each other and that is *all* that matters for however long you're inside that pod.

No thanks. I prefer to do that alone. Go make castles away over there, I don't want sand in my coffee

Maidstone

I guess getting out on my motorbike, or cycling down the beautiful country lanes. The smell of fresh air and the countryside smell. And the sounds.

Ahhhhh I need to go there now!
