There are a lot of people on here who seem to like to "Breadcrumb" for fun. They lead you on with no intent of ever meeting. I've chatted to many narcissistic people in my years on here who just seek constant validation and attention but have no desire to commit to anything. And then "poof" they disappear. It's so annoying! "I have been known to leave a trail of "crumbs"
But not that kind of weird stuff D has explained so eloquently. It can happen and there is a place for everyone on here as the platform is open to all. Once I know I am in contact with such a person though I take a step back and leave them to it. So they can move on to other territory and play their games. Just have to look out for the tell tell signs because they have similar ones...
