im a fan of the average joe kinda body, a man who's enjoyed a few take aways and beers

I'll glady perve over a 'ripped' torso etc.. but sexually just doesn't do it for me.

i liked toned, not keen over guys who go to the gym to much and are overly toned/muscular, you just do tend to find they start loving themselves to much and thats kinda off putting in itself, every guy i know whos a gym freak just talk about what they do at the gym, what they eat its kind of takes over their lifes, i met a guy off here once who actually sat telling me about how much weight he bench presses etc on our meet i do like to see a nice defined body tho

Hopefully plenty like the middle ground which is where I fall!

Have to agree with NN, I suspect that many of those with the great gym bodies are as one dimensional as those that think purely being a soldier or having a BBC is an interesting and unique selling point.

nah that really does not do anything for me, im not into very slim men and guys who have them tend to be quite skinny, i like toned but well built men not toned and skinny

on a bloke, normal to toned

i don't like gym fit when it starts to look unnatural or overdone

on a woman, i do like a few extra pounds

i see women out running and whilst i can apprecaite they have a toned physique, it doesn't make anything stir inside me

I love a nice toned body, but not mega-ripped. That can be too much to be honest.

But as long as there isn't a lot of unnecessary flab then it's more personality than a perfect body that does it for me.

I do have massive biceps, i get so many people comment on them, my kids tell me i have mans arms lol

I work in a ware house and spend 40 odd hours a week lifting, pulling, carrying heavy good so i suppose they would be quite built, when im out i get random pissed up guys coming over to me telling me to flex them to see if they bigger than theirs

I like em tall and they vary from athletic...my oh is a marathon runner, I get tired opening my eyes. My playmates are mostly average, I did see someone with "gym" in his user name, but uncharacteristically for me I couldn't relax around him, even though my other half is a fitness nut. If he wasn't with me or working he was in the gym.

Everything he ate or drank was measured and weighed. Not once did he say anything about the junk I ate, would meet me from work etc just couldn't relax with him, he did nothing wrong it was me...silly moo.

If given the choice and thats what this is about for us then i go for the gym body as my husband has a lovely body, i don't mind normal but the beer gut look is definately a no-no for me, just my personal choice x

It's quite possible to go to the gym purely to keep a 'fit' and healthy body and mind without become obsessed or feeling the need to bore people with it - I train precisely so I can eat whatever I want when I want and because i fibd it relieves thd stress of s very busy life in thr city. The other thing to point out is that I certainly dont go to the gym for the ladies - now that would be ridiculous

Attraction works on different levels of the subconscious, one attractive quality women look for is the ability to protect her so a gym body looks strong so lots of women like that look without even thinking about it.

Muscle does it for me!!!within reason. Especially big hands and arms. But a fit bloke without the toned body can look as equally as nice.

But at the end of the day - he has to be attractive to
