Whether you work in a hotel, restaurant, bar and swinging club and you're finally opening again this weekend or the next few weeks... good luck! I hope you get all the nice understanding customers and no entitled idiots.

To all those planning on using those establishments... be kind. This is all new to those staff too, some might not be personally ready to come back to work, some might be anxious. So be nice.

Our son goes back to bar work tomorrow after a few special training sessions. We won’t be going near a bar for sometime though

I hope it all goes okay for him

I work in a hotel which reopens on Monday, but as I work on the food side I'm still furloughed for a few weeks yet.

I personally think no matter what we do for a living people should be nice as you are only doing your job, sadly people are not nice.

Exactly. I haven't do much non essential shopping yet, but now they're open again I make sure to ask whoever serves me how they're doing with being back at work again.

I've worked and where I work I've had different members of staff check myself and family are good.

I always try and be polite and chatty with people, sometimes a simple thank you makes someones day x
