Do you find yourself fabbing good ink rather than the body it's on?

Do you care?

I have a fair few tattoos myself! They look good on women but I think very few suit the heavily tattooed look, but on the right girl/woman it can look incredible!

I don't have tattoos - I have a very very very low pain threshold - but I love good, well thought-out tatts on men, which tell a story or tells me something about his personality. Tattoos and nice blue eyes are definitely my 'type.'

Love!! We are both heavily inked. Sadly lockdown has meant I’ve missed a few sessions on my back, so can’t wait to be able to sort that. Then, onto the others I have planned. My lil one designing two of them for me, so will be so special x

I will admit I’m drawn to them, but if a woman, I’m drawn to more than just the ink x

Do you like tattoos? Good tattoos yes, not ones from the local scratcher for £20

Do you have any? Yes around 35 hours worth

Do you find yourself fabbing good ink rather than the body it's on? Sometimes

Do you care? About other people’s tattoos... Not really. About what people think of mine? Even less so.

I have loads and they all tell a story , they are all hidden and not randomly placed. I love any form of body art as it’s an expression of the person I think, as long as they are not trashy art and badly done. I’ve had laser surgery on one which I truly regret and boy does that hurt!

I hate tattoos. I find them repulsive and I just don't understand why people do this to themselves.

Naff, dirty, cheesy and rough are the words that come to mind when I see somebody with one regardless of where it is, its shape or size. But each to their own.

However I am conscious I must be in a minority these days as they seem to be more and more popular.

absolutely adore tattoos.

ive a few myself.. only about 40 hrs worth. however many more in the pipeline when the world goes back to it's pre-apocolyptic state.

i love looking at other's ink, the details and stories they tell, or the memories they hold.

and i am certainly guilty of fabbing good ink when i see it.

I stared out by spending ages planning what I wanted and having designs drawn up and then stencilled one but I’ve gone with just turning up and letting the artist draw on me with a sharpie pen and then tattoo over it for most of mine. Basically just giving him free reign once I’ve given a brief description of what I was wanting.

Works well as i trust him and his style.

I don't know how I can explain the word dirty apart from using the word unclean. It's probably surprising but that's the way I feel about it. I am aware it probably comes across as silly.

See....I don't have an issue with someone disliking tattoos but there's really no need for the personal comments such as no personality.

You've said you don't like tattoos, point made. A thread about ink probably isn't for you, us boring criminals need to hatch plans.

Please close the door on your way out.

Don't come back.

Say it louder!

for those in the back, too blinded by our naff, dirty, cheesy tattooed bodies, to have heard you.

"Yet you choose to give your opinion by insulting others

Who are you talking to?

That would be you

Thanks for clearing that up. I'm curious to know where and how I have insulted anyone here .

I don't appreciate being called cheesy or dirty generally

Except that I was talking about tattoos and not the person who is tattoed. Some people don't need much to be offended.

Oh sorry... I'll just peel the rough cheesy tattoo off shall I?! Oh wait. It's permanently inked on my skin and an expression of me and my personality... But has no reflection on me as a person according to you?

Yep "

Seriously, grow up a bit. I couldn't care less about your tattoos. I've just given my opinion and answered the questions that people have asked me. I certainly did not mean to offend anyone.

Yes x 4.

Someone is about 10x more attractive to me if they are inked!

But according to this thread we're also rough criminals. Hope that's your type

But, seriously. I agree. I love kissing tattoos. That sounds weird typing it.

You'll love it in prison then, they've all got them "

Let’s be honest, your insults are pretty wank, at least try to be offensive if you’re goading for a reaction out of people

I'd say be willing to travel for what you want. Find an artist whose style you love (Instagram is great for this) and message them with a rough idea of what you like.

They'll want a deposit and may draw up your design beforehand. Mine does a lot of freehand so does it with you on the day.

Find a style, research and send some messages out.

Me and one of my best friends are having the burlesque characters our bestie had designed for us tattooed when we can get together, in his memory. He had a logo made up of the two characters together, so we’re having that. He brought us together, and our love for him has kept us together x

You’re welcome x Research the artists you’d be looking into going to. Finding one who will discuss ideas with you, and understands the importance of this tattoo is so important.

Good luck, and hope you find a trusted artist who will help you. My friend had a tiny forget me not when she miscarried. It’s the only one she has, and is the only one she says she will have. It’s perfect for her. A memorial tattoo is personal to you, so make it reflect you and your daughter xx

"Do you like tattoos? Good tattoos yes, not ones from the local scratcher for £20

Do you have any? Yes around 35 hours worth

Do you find yourself fabbing good ink rather than the body it's on? Sometimes

Do you care? About other people’s tattoos... Not really. About what people think of mine? Even less so.

I have loads and they all tell a story , they are all hidden and not randomly placed. I love any form of body art as it’s an expression of the person I think, as long as they are not trashy art and badly done. I’ve had laser surgery on one which I truly regret and boy does that hurt!

Ohhh

Wouldn't a cover up do it? "

Hmmm probably but it’s very big and dark on my torso so I’m getting lots lasered then doing a cover, it’s from my hip to boob.

I'm fairly heavily covered in tattoos and a lot of them I do regret from my youth and the persona and reputation I was trying to upkeep at the time.

I've had tattoos removed with laser and covered up again and I have many more planned too.

As my name suggests, I’m fairly tattooed - most of arms covered, hands, fingers, chest, feet. I don’t like to advertise them in my profile but have uploads of most of them.

I LOVE tattoos on guys. Well, good tattoos - not old bled out football tattoos or shit tribals. I particularly love guys with hand tattoos as they look great grabbing my tits haha

I Fab loads of pics for no other reason then an amazing price of artwork. Even better when you start talking and the stories behind some of the ink is amazing.

Hi OP

I answered your questions below:-

Do you like tattoos?

Yes

Do you have any?

Yes, I have 5 tattoos. 2 large thigh designs, both wrists, plus my inner foot and ankle. I am due to have my next tattoo mid July/august.

Do you find yourself fabbing good ink rather than the body it's on?

Sometimes yes I would to show appreciation to a great design piece.

Do you care?

I don't mind if someone has or hasn't got ink, it's not a deal breaker.... it's a bonus if they do

Her x
