Meow meow.

Think I'll have a little snooze. Has lockdown turned anyone else into an afternoon napper?

"No...if i sleep now I'd never sleep at bedtime"

I tend to wake up at that time anyway so I'm usually a night owl.

I used to do that when I was furloughed, it helped me to sleep better at night

I'm definitely more of a napper when I'm work and working 7am-11am. Drift off around half two and wake up at four like clockwork.

Nope, have never been able to nap, not even when the kids were babies.

The only time I sleep during the day is when I'm ill, and then only when it is the 'please put me out of my misery' kinda ill not a sniffle or Man Flu.

Somewhere near here

I have a daily nap now, more because I’ve been very poorly though. Just woken up from one in fact

I love an afternoon nap but have to have quiet. And neighbours on BOTH sides are building arks. Ok maybe sheds but ark sounded better

"Meow meow.

We have been having "nanna naps" a lot more since lockdown. Usually on a weekend but now happening during the week occasionally even though we're both still working

How can sitting around be so tiring !

I find I have to keep busy or I'll nod off.

Nope naps always make me feel worse (unless ill). It better for me to just get through the day and maybe go to sleep a little bit earlier

I sleep loads.

If I'm not working I will easily have a 2hr afternoon sleep without it affecting my 11-6 sleep
